*I don't use heat (personal choice)
*I use mostly organic 100% natural certified products
*I don't use combs. I finger detangle and maybe comb my hair once a year. I notice I retain more length this way.
*As far as weaves\wigs as protective styles go, I did not grow up wearing them. I did braid my hair a lot and I have learned that any constant stress on any part of my hair breaks it off because my strands are thin, thats why I do as little as possible.
*I DO get single strand knots, but I leave them alone because SSK are inevitable.
